Maddie Cail is a Gold Coast country singer-songwriter whose authentic storytelling, clever songwriting and captivating live performances are quickly establishing her as one of Queensland's exciting emerging country artists.
Following a short break from performing to start a family, Maddie has wasted no time regaining traction within the Australian country music scene. In 2026 she was named a finalist in Country Stars Australia and received the prestigious Matt Perin Development Award, recognising outstanding originality, creativity and individuality in Australian country music.
Continuing her rapid return, Maddie recently opened for Australian music icon Shannon Noll, performs with her six-piece band at major events including Paint the Town Country, and has been announced on the lineup for the Maleny Music Muster. These achievements build on an already impressive résumé that includes sharing the stage with The Wolfe Brothers, along with performances at the Gympie Music Muster, Ekka, Gold Coast Show, Meatstock Toowoomba, Woodgate Music Festival, and Gladstone Country Music Festival.
As a songwriter, Maddie has released seven original singles, with six receiving Australian country radio airplay. Her music blends heartfelt storytelling with modern country energy, creating an authentic connection with audiences whether she's performing solo or fronting her full band.
Away from the stage, Maddie is also a primary school music teacher, bringing the same passion for music and storytelling into the classroom that has become the hallmark of her live performances. With new music, major festival appearances and growing industry recognition, Maddie Cail continues to establish herself as one of Australia's country artists to watch.
